WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US

I am the last charter member of London Olympians, meaning I have been a member for 17 of my total 25 years in Toastmasters.  While members change, the indomitable spirit of the club and the high quality of meetings has remained constant.  Even now, I can always find new challenges and improve as a speaker and leader.

Joining London Olympians 12 years ago has been a transformative experience.  I have learned life long skills that have paid dividends in both my personal and professional life. Not only have I become an effective public speaker, but I have become a better communicator in general and also an effective and confident leader by taking advantage of the communication and leadership opportunities the club offers. With its friendly and professional atmosphere  London Olympians has been the perfect club for me.  It has nurtured me and given the skills and confidence to bring to the world a better version of myself.

London Olympians is one of the best public speaking clubs I could have come across.  A club made of supportive, committed and friendly people who’ve always encouraged me to challenge myself and consider my mistakes as a precious part of the learning process. A club where I learnt a lot about speechcraft, delivery skills, leadership and, most of all, about attitude.
