Breathing to Win – How to Overcome Your Nerves on Stage

Toastmasters International has an amazing workshops planned over the coming months, to which we’d like to invite all the members of your club.

Learning to conquer the nerves felt when speaking in public is one of the most common reasons for members joining Toastmasters.  To help our members with this, we’ve organised a special workshop called Breathing to Win! How to Overcome Your Nerves on Stage for Thursday 9th September 2010.

This will be an interactive workshop with Jayne Storey, who is a professional coach to elite athletes, business executives and entrepreneurs.  I’m sure that this workshop will prove to be priceless in helping members achieve their goal of overcoming their nerves when speaking in public.

*About Jayne: Apart from her coaching, Jayne’s own journey regarding speaking is inspirational in itself. Having suffered from chronic shyness as a child and teenager, she now gives regular keynote talks that are provocative, dynamic and interactive. Her passion as a speaker is to educate, entertain and challenge the audience’s thoughts and feelings about success – encouraging them to evolve to the next level in their life, work and mental fitness.
