London Olympians is a branch of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organisation developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback in local clubs since 1924.
Toastmasters International was first introduced in the UK through the American Embassy. One of the first clubs created in London associated with Toastmasters International was the London Corinthians. As this club’s popularity and membership grew, new clubs around London began to be formed. There are currently 35 Toastmasters Clubs in London and more than 10,000 worldwide.
London Olympians, was formed in 2002 and currently meet at the Rydges Hotel, in Kensington around two to three times a month. For more details about what we do at our meetings, click here.
